put the diaphragm of the stet in or around the apical beat, take out both the ear piece of the stet... plug one hole... the other hole insert a small microphone... ( there should be several small ones in any audio store , there are even small wireless ones ))... after that its just connnecting it to an ampliflier and speaker...
i havent tried it,but it should work...
