Drink it, unless you are living in terrible conditions (in which case the bacteria would settle on your lips, be breathed into your lungs, or even settle in the empty glass - which you then fill with fresh water to clean your teeth!).
Though hygiene and cleanliness is important, the old saying that "We eat a peck (half a bucket) of dirt before we die", and most bacteria around us in everday life is harmless.
